Unnati Fortune Group, a\u00a0Noida based real estate firm has awarded a contract of Rs 150 crore to Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL). This is for the construction of a retail-cum-office tower in Noida’s sector-144 which\u00a0is a part of the 25-acre land parcel owned by Unnati World project in Noida.\u00a0The project has been planned and designed by international architecture firm ARCOP and the plan is to complete the project by the end of next financial year.\u00a0The company claims it will complete the building in just 99 days.\u00a0Recently, Bhasin Group, a Noida-based real estate developer had also tied up with Jindal Steel & Power Limited to develop a 33-floor retail-cum-office tower in Sector 143, Noida.<\/p>\n
