As per clause no. 20, the Maharashtra RERA act says that the project information needs to be updated at the interval of every quarter &lt;<a href=\"https:\/\/maharera.mahaonline.gov.in\/Site\/Upload\/pdf\/Maharashtra%20Real%20Estate%20(Regulation%20and%20Development)(Registration%20of%20Real%20Estate%20Projects,%20Registration%20of%20Real%20Estate%20Agents,%20Rates%20of%20Interest%20and%20Disclosures%20on%20Website)%20Rules%202017.pdf\">link<\/a>&gt;. The data which developers have to update is primarily \u2013(1) Units Sold and (2) completion %.We also observe that primarily small projects with\u00a0carpet\u00a0area of less than 50,000\u00a0sft\u00a0are 66% of the projects that have not been updated on RERA. This leads us to believe that maybe small developers are the ones who are not updating their projects on a quarterly basis.
