As per clause no. 20, the Maharashtra RERA act says that the project information needs to be updated at the interval of every quarter &lt;<a href=\"https:\/\/maharera.mahaonline.gov.in\/Site\/Upload\/pdf\/Maharashtra%20Real%20Estate%20(Regulation%20and%20Development)(Registration%20of%20Real%20Estate%20Projects,%20Registration%20of%20Real%20Estate%20Agents,%20Rates%20of%20Interest%20and%20Disclosures%20on%20Website)%20Rules%202017.pdf\">link<\/a>&gt;. This leads us to believe that maybe small developers are the ones who are not updating their projects on a quarterly basis.
