Rest of Gurgaon micromarket with in-demand locations like Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road, Udyog Vihar, etc. has the highest inventory of 44.6 msf.<\/p>\n
Both Gurgaon micromarkets – Central Gurgaon and Rest of Gurgaon along with the Noida Micromarket occupied a place in the top 10, as all these locations have a comparatively dense cluster of office buildings and a substantial number of SEZs which have higher areas.<\/p>\n
Bangalore- the only city with 100 msf+ overall inventory dominated the charts with three micromarkets in the top five list. Three major peripheral markets – Peripheral South-East, Peripheral East and Outer Ring Road, occupied top spots.<\/p>\n
SBD East- one of the major SEZ clusters with markets like Hadapsar\/ Magarpatta, Kharadi and locations along Nagar Road in Pune made its presence at 7th spot followed by Western Suburbs of Mumbai at 8th position.<\/p>\n
Hyderabad’s two major suburban micromarkets with prime locations of Madhapur (HITEC city) and Gachibowli grab the 9th and 10th spot respectively.<\/p>\n
Except Chennai, all other top cities had atleast one micromarket in the list of top 10 micromarkets pan- India inventory-wise.<\/p>\n
