Commercial real estate absorption is likely to be affected with the software industry body Nasscom lowering IT export growth target to 8-10% for 2016-17 amid global macroeconomic headwinds, including the fallout of Britain’s exit from the European Union as well as Donald Trump\u2019s victory in the US presidential polls.<\/p>\n
At the start of the year, Nasscom had projected 10-12% growth for Indian software services, including business process management, for the current fiscal. Nasscom estimated the incremental revenue addition to be between $8 billion and $10 billion in 2016-17, against $10 billion in 2015-16.<\/p>\n
